I was just told that tomorrow will be the day I have to introduce myself in front of the whole school! I'm so scared! I am going to forget everything! HELP!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I did well, was a little unprepared for the things that they told me to say after I had introduced myself, AFS never told me that I would have to do that, so I hadn't prepared anything, but all went well! Thanks!
